I ran because I was tired of standing on the sidelines when I knew that I could do better for those around me."

"I am a lifelong resident of the city of Chicago, married, and the father of two boys. I have a B.A. in psychology from Chicago State University and I am currently pursuing a Masters in Social Work (MSW) from UIC, with a graduating date of May 2023. I am also an enlisted member of the Navy Reserves, where I have served honorably for 24 years and achieved the rank of Senior Chief.
I wish to serve on my district's council in order to bring leadership, fairness, and transparency, to a police department that is struggling to live up to its members and the citizens of this city."
