CCPSA District Council 003
Woodlawn
"My name is Kenya Franklin. I am a mother of three. I have lived in the City of Chicago's 3rd Police District my entire life. As a result, I have experienced what poor policing does to a community. As the mother of a young adult son, we must get this right regarding public safety. I do not want to fear for my children nor sympathize with another childless mother. However, the third district is my home, and I am running to make it safer for everyone. I want to create transparency between law enforcement and the citizens of Chicago."
